Delete your Polkaboo data

Polkaboo keeps your game on your phone. Only the community gallery stores data on our server: your posted pieces, your votes, reports and hidden players, and your Google Play Games name and player ID.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Polkaboo.
2. Open Settings (the gear in the menu).
3. Tap Delete community account and confirm.

Everything listed above is deleted at once. Your pieces on the phone stay.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email studio.pluto.game@gmail.com with the subject "Polkaboo data deletion" and your Google Play Games name. We may ask you to confirm from the Play Games account. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted: your player record, Play Games name and ID, posted pieces and the votes on them, your votes, your hidden list, and reports about you.
• Kept as an anonymous aggregate: the effect your past votes had on other pieces' rankings.
• Kept up to one year: records of moderation actions, to handle repeat abuse.

Your Play Games achievements, leaderboard scores and saved game are stored by Google in your Play Games account; manage or delete them in the Google Play Games app.
