Common questions
How do I keep my progress on a new phone?
Sign in to Google Play Games on both phones. Polkaboo saves a copy of your game to your Play Games account and brings it back on the new phone. Without Play Games, Android backup may restore it.
How does the community ranking work?
Players compare two pieces of the same object and pick the one they like more. Each vote changes both pieces' ratings. The order combines that rating with the piece's likeness to the object. New pieces start low and rise as votes come in.
Someone posted something offensive.
Open the piece and tap Report. You can also hide all of that player's pieces for yourself.
How do I delete my community data?
Settings → Delete community account. See Delete your data.
A purchase did not arrive.
Reopen the app: the Supporter pack is restored from Google Play at start. Refunds go through Google Play.
